R A Finishing provides Custom Cabinets, Cabinet Maker, Furniture Repair, Furniture Reupholstery, Kitchen Finishing, Interior Painting, Exterior Painting, Residential Painting and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.
User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.
Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.

Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.

Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. R A Finishing does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.
Damages. R A Finishing is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold R A Finishing harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.
Law and Venue. NY law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in NY.
